As commercial and restaurant continue to expand in the City of Yorkville, we were commissioned to remodel an old, vacant building that had been damaged by fire and held several previous fast casual tenants. Scope included demolishing the building both interior and exterior to the original framing. We repaired the fire damage and then re-constructed the building to Arby’s requirements and concept. Finish work included a full fast casual kitchen, new roof, building envelope, restrooms and complete dining room with decorative finishes.
